Reception is below par. Kettle was not working. Bathroom plumbing not working properly. Pictures of room shown are not matching with the actual room and it's misleading.

The rooms lack an intercom system apart that serv8ce is too slow staff is totally unprofessional 😡😠👎

The room was not cleaned. . It was having bad breadth

The property was not maintained properly. Breakfast was not adequate and taste was not so good. No invoice was provided during checkout.

Bathroom was very very dirty. Electric catel was also very dirty. You can't pour the water after seeing it.

The hotel can't received the ph and when i reach the hotel the hotel is closed and no body is there. Then i book another hotel.

Very bad stay. Its roof was leaking. Everywhere there was water on floor. Geyser was not working.

Room was good. Staff is also good. Bathroom is very important for anyone.and bathroom is dirty .so many 🐝 bee in the bathroom.

Property is decent and nice to stay for family. Location is bit inside residential society food is good but washrooms are not very good.

Stay was fine but the room which booked was not in good condition. The room they offered us next was charged extra which disappointed me.
