Clean place. Apartment is quite big. Friendly service. Good restaurants nearby. The lane on which this is located was in a very bad shape. Car parking is a challenge since the path is extremely narrow

Hotel location is good. Very near to bus stand and restaurant. Staff were polite and courteous. Only drawback is hot water not available. I will definitely come back again.

The receptionist person who on-boarded us was totally unprofessional and not at all understanding about the situation. The place and the room was very good but no water heater and the temporary heater given was very bad

No room had been given. The receptionist told all rooms have been already booked one month ago and no booking was entertained by them service. I suffered a lot in the midnight of 18. 11. 2023. I showed "confirmed " booking details along with pnr but they didn't accepted. After prolonged request i was asked to share a bed in a room and i was asked to check out before 9 a. M. Since the room was required by the one who has already occupied that room. Even though we booked room for one day full and even though paid rs (after discount) i was treated very bad and i am very sorry to say every thing waste. Thus a very bitter experience. S.
