The location of the property is near the pattom junction and kerala public service commission office. It can be located easily. The rooms are neat and clean. The food are tasty, and staff are very courteous and cooperative. Worth to stay here

The stay at pat-tam royal hotel was pleasant. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food served was also good. On the downside, there was no room accompany. And the room allotted was to a corner and with no terrace ( booked for terrace view in the app. No option for room with terrace was available at the hotel at the time of check-in.

My stay at this hotel was really worthy. The breakfast was really great. There were no disturbing noises that i could hear inside the room. There were enough amenities provided in the rooms we stayed. Quite comfortable stay. Loved it.

8 day trip to trivandrum for vacation, meeting family and friends. It was booked thru mm t which is my preferred partners for my travel and stay. Lasy year also i did a trip to trivandrum with my son and stayed in the same hotel which was very clean, good staff,, accessible, clean and affordable. . This time also the service was very good polite. Food also is very good and reasonably priced. All together it was a very nice, calm and peaceful vacation

Nice hotel to stay. Calm, neat and clean, good staff's behaviour, room service. Foods, tea and coffee available, travel desk available. Couple can stay calmly. Location is good as padmanava temple, kovalam beach, zoo museum, velli village and other 2 beaches, markets, important places are near to hotel and easy access

Food was good. Rooms, restaurant and other areas are clean and staff were friendly. As i had to extend the checkout for 5 hrs. They gave permission by paying only a nominal amount.Good experience! 😊
