good but needs improvement
PROS -staff behaviour is good. Food is also good. hotel is at convenient location and easily accessible.Car parking available. CONS(areas of improvement) - door knob of the washroom was broken. sink was also cracked. sink tap looked also a bit jam. no soap dispensers in the washroom. towels were a bit yellow maybe due to long usage.toilet seat were also becoming yellow.

Good arrangement
Little bit costly but the hotel is good. Bedsheets and pillow were untidy but were changed on request

A very good family stay
First of all the reception staff & kitchen staff was very polite& well mannered. Room was pretty specious, clean & hygienic. Had a very pleasant & good stay at pavna palace. The only concern is the non availability of public transport or cabs near the hotel.

Very good rooms but average service
businessThe main problem I have faced here is hot water. The hot water coming in their tap is no use for bathing as the weather is very cold. When asked regarding this, the receptionist told that the pipes firted for hot water is of plastic and that is the reason they are not increasing the temperature of the broiler. So in cold conditions, this hotel is not good for any kind of travellers. Other than this, the hotel rooms are neat and clean.

Hospitality at it's best
The property is really nice. Room and amenities are excellent but the best part is food which is finger licking. Most recommend property in Alwar. Best in class.

Worst place
Food quality is very bad unhygienic, no staff in hotel rooms in picture are different then the room what are there actually. No cleanses in the hotel at all. I have to leave that place within 2 hours time.

Experience of Pavna Palace
Hi all, I stayed at place for 2 nights and three days at the end of Sep'19. Rooms are spacious, hygienic and also have basic amenities. Room service was good and the staff's are well-groomed. Location wise good and recommend for family.

Services and stay issues
I have booked club room but hotel is provided me deluxe room, pathetic washroom, no proper breakfast (on order only) - I have spent a convenient amount but no value for money.

Poor Stay
Very poor facilities are in this hotel. Hotel price is tool high. In this Price, 3 star hotel is available in Alwar city. Too many restrictions in this hotel mainly in complementary meal.
