Location is good, stay decent, room size small but neat and clean well managed. Food and restaurant service requires lot of improvement

1. The hotel is fairly new but the bedsheets and pillow covers were stained. While they tried changing the linen, they did not get a fresh pair of line n 2. Wifi and tv does not work 3. Lot of mosquitos in the room. Asked for a allout, but they refused 4. Late check out is a hoax. They don't even allow 15 mins beyond 11am 5. I guess the other 5 star reviews are paid stuff

This hotel is mainly used for weekend smoking, drinking and hookup. Lots of noise from another room. Don't go by the makemytrip rating that they get from the weekend travelers as they have independence from doing anything here. No proper service, you need to ask for everything. Everywhere there is a cigarette smell. No welcome drink. No wifi. No tv no heater in winter, just cooling. No breakfast.
