Review Of Peaceful 2 BHK Flat with Wi Fi Free Parking

rooms lacked cleanliness, bathroom was leaking from top, electric short circuit was visible, building is under construction. beds were full of bedbugs. no water to drink. only one bathroom was operative

The property condition is horrible. One of the washrooms did not have water throughout my stay of 5 days and the owner/caretaker just washes his hands off by saying that there is a pipeline burst in the building. The lift landing door was malfunctioning on my floor and I had to use stairs a lot of times. The plumbing in the building is in horrible condition. Car parking is in a dirty and poor state. Construction work is going on in the building Lobby at my floor was mostly filled with cigarette smell and the caretaker himself keeps smoking and chewing tobacco all day. The floor above me was allotted to a group of holigans who were in an inebriated state even in the morning and it is not advisable to live with family in this building. Window curtains do not even cover the entire windows properly and washroom ventilators are in broken condition. Not a pleasant place if you are travelling with family. I am including some pics and videos which were clicked by me and show the real condition of building. I strongly recommend NOT BOKING THIS PROPERTY.

Room was not clean and not working of water heater, fridge, only one cooler and not too use cause it's not give air properly it's a terrible experience with this property bedsheet was not clean

At the very first, there was no electricity for 2 hours. Broken lock of toilet, broken toilet seat. Very hard beds. Cleanliness was clear y not that great.

It is ok for budget travellers. Service is good, quality is not up to the payment. Short stay it will be very much advisable

There is no availability of water. Consruction is going on sun-day which is pathetic not a recommend to anyone

Pros - spacious, all amenities provided, free wifi, parking space, ro water, washing machine. Cons - got stuck in the lift due to a powercut horrible experience, cooler too noisy, hard matress overall experience - quite good

Location is easy to find, parking and lift is available. Helper is also nice. Rooms are clean and spacious.

We enjoyed a lot, but few things that was not good. 1. The bed was too hard, feels like i was lying on the floor. 2. The wifi wasn't working. 3. We thought of watching tv but the recharge was not available either.

The property location is accessible by road as it's well connected. The maintenance is not adequate. The parking space to corridors is not well maintained wrt. To cleanliness. The rooms are okay kind off with not so clean bedspread but good to stay for short-time. The washrooms facilities are fine. The kitchen utensils facilities are fine but not so in usable condition. No tv facility. Balcony available. Coolers available but not cooling enough. Lift facility available. Surrounding shops, restaurants available. Closely located to airport, metro station.

Property is just ok. They provided coolers but water pump was not working…Bedsheets were not clean. Water filter was there and seems to be in working condition but it seems its not filtering the water at all. Water tastes like corp water and it literally caused stomach upset to me.

Very much ventilated and spacious apartment with very dedicated and reliable employees and other staffs also

Place is spacious and on main road. So accessibility is easy. Beds are hard and also people staying in room next to us were parting till verylate night. So i had trouble sleeping. Other than that it was ok.

I feel it was an average room for what i got, but some 2 bhk was good. They have kitchen with basic utensils and washing machine. Overall it is okay.
