I have booked 2 suite rooms. Before booking , first I enquired on call about the room amenities , room view and parking.
But I was received wrong information on call. There was construction going on just adjacent to the hotel. But I was not told about it. I specifically asked for room view but I was misguided. From our private balcony , construction view is damn disappointing. They have hided this information.
Also , i was told that they have sufficient parking space but in reality that's not the case. They have very limited parking, which got full and our car was parked on the side of the hilly road. Here also, they have misguided.
In our booking, mini bar is mentioned, but when we reached there they told that any of the fridge is not working. There is some fault in the line in all rooms. I told them strictly, I have to keep baby milk in fridge and I have opted the room because it's mention that mini bar is there. Then after arguing with them, they said ok we will do something. And then I guy came it's started fridge. It clearly shows that they have kept it off to cut there expenses. They lied and because I argued with them then they get it on. That was also a wrong act.
Also, we were playing music in our room in decent volume. But I was asked to stop that. We were standing in balcony and chatting for 5 min...then again I got a call at around 2:30 am and I was asked in a bad tone that there is noise coming from your room. The person misbehaved with me. And disconnected the call.
Morning I enquired and get to know that there guard call me at the night. I again raised objection on this behaviour from their side.
