Nice stay good staff we want to stay other people’s here. Food is good best location of vrindavan also near by market, restaurants to good. Room very big and clean. Staff very good

Washrooms are dirty, the fan wasn’t working properly as it was making sound which made us difficult to sleep. Rooms were clear however there was a foul smell in room whenever you use washroom. That could probably because of the septic tank. We book 3 rooms out of which there were no towels and toiletries given in one room. I called the guy twice before checkin to fix the room and checked the cleanliness of washrooms however, the washrooms were still dirty.

The whole experience is bad only one person is helpful his name is krishan. The bedsheets are dirty. They need to change the staff or check the property on a daily basis because i dint know hotel reception office is somewhere else.

Mosquito repellent not provided after call they left the tv like this after trying for channels light cover missing glass door cleaning missing. The water is very salty and one can’t take bath. We are not happy with the stay at all and pols process for our refund.
