Dirty and small room

Room is dirty, small, no exhaust, open wires, pathetic dustbin, bathroom is dirty. Owner denying the check-in even after confirmed booking and advance payment weeks before. The owner denying check-in on the reason that they didn't get payment from mmt, pathetic reason and he wants us to cancel the booking and pay to them but mm t don't have this option and there is not have proper customer service by mmt. Please don't book this hotel.
