    Confirmed AC room and was charged again for it

    I had booked this place after confirming on phone with the owner Mr Roy as weather he has AC rooms at his facility that I can book through Makemytrip. I had to confirm as in booking chart it did not display any such facts. After he confirmed yes its the AC rooms I made the booking but when we reached the property it was non-AC. And this owner charged extra Rs. 400/night for converting this booking into an AC room. It's an old shabby place not even connected to bus stand or railway station. It's actually 17. 6km from railway station. It was the worst thing and experience in Cochin.
