The stay was awesome we met the owner lady at check in she was so polite and quick for checking us in, she even upgraded us to a higher category. We had a short stay but the room was found too clean and tidy, the property looks beautiful they got a nice ambience too much silence and away from huddle. We would love to stay there again. Thank you

At the price(we went on october, the property was really good. Rooms were clean and good. We got a room with a small balcony. And washrooms were also clean and nice. The property had a small garden in front, so we could relax there too. Also it's just 2 minutes from the beach. Overall we had only good experience from there.

My stay was not as expected. The fan in my room wasn't working, which made it uncomfortable, and the breakfast didn't meet my expectations. I think there's room for improvement in both areas"

Breakfast was the worst, not proper bath servicing, ac is not proper working. Owner behaviour was very rude. Bathroom smelling so much.

Ac and non ac rooms are not in good condition. Bed sheets were not cleaned properly and same was with pillow covers. Overall not hygienic.

My room 2nd floor. No lift in hotel. My father 75 yers and mother 67 year. He is both r hart problem. I m asking i want 1st floor room please give me. She is owner speak me sorry for no room i can't give. All ready many room available but she attitude and behavior very bad. I m request all time but staff and onwer no room provided thx

They charged 2500rs per room not given any single water bottle. Room was not cleaned l. Very bad experience l.

Not at all recommended to stay here. The picture shown and the rooms you will get are completely different. Old rooms and you never get the amenities mentioned. Moreover the big part is the owner. She asks money for each and everything you expect. She is not at all kind. While we booked we were the only couple stayed there. The entire resort was empty. No staff. No lift. No one is helpful in the resort. At last not worth the money.

The stay was not upto the mark we just reached mosquitos were there look and room was not as per we saw in photo gallery very limited staff 2 option for breakfast and food was not testy if you want to stay book without breakfast very poor test and that only for sleeping use. No swimming pool it's good if you want to stay for sleep only. One plus point is connected to beach 5 minutes walk. It was waste of my money and also not prefered for family stay not friendly

Owner is greedy not ready to compromise for any things always ask big money for small things. Room has no facilities no tv, ac and other stuff.

Hotel services are not good. And room to small and no cleanliness in room.

Worst exp with owner . She is not friendly at all. Even she has taken money for baggage submission and given baggage pickup time 6 pm unfortunately we were late by 30 minutes and she has asked for extra money . Room service is very bad and behaviour of staff is worst. There is something misunderstanding between MMT and owner so we have to talk multiple time with MMT customer care . Room are not cleaned properly and they didn't change towel in 3 days stay.
