I stayed at this place during my recent trip to manali and it was incredible. The location right on mall road made it so convenient to explore the town. The room where spotless and the staff was extremely polite.

The hotel is located next to mall road, but there is no sign. So i would suggest to call them to send their location for you not to get lost. Also, hire a coollie at mall road to bring your luggage because taxi are not allowed in mall road. The view from the hotel balcony was amazing. An astonishing valley view with the clouds floating. Food is great as well.

Its a great place. The rooms were very neat with clean bedding. Its near mall road yet far from the hustle bustle. The view of the valley is breathtaking. Property manager mr vimal and the staff is courteous and very quick to address concerns. We plan to book this property again for our future visits.

1. The location was untraceable even on google maps, we lost approximately 1-2 hours for tracing the hotel from mall road. 2. Don't include breakfast and dinner, i paid rs 800 extra for breakfast, but they offered only three items in breakfast which were available in their menu. 3. The road to the hotel is closed from 16:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs, i suggest that you don't book any hotel on mall road. 4. Service & staff is good but it's better to book other hotel.

The perfectstayz hitel elite mall road was not found at the location. In fact i was given a hotel with different name hotel westend. So, i left the hotel in late night at 1050 pm. And shifted to other hotel out of security and safety concern
