jacuzzi didn't work at all food was good staff is good as well but i tried several times in 2 days but wasn't able to access jaccuzi and even the staff wasnt able to make it work, was so dirty so coudnt use. staff even tried to clean but it pored back the dirt. only can use it like a bathtub not jacuzzi

The service was great, from reception to room service. Room was neat, amenities were okay. The ambience around the resort was also great. The breakfast was adequate with also room service.

Room cleaning is good. Rooms are spacious and well lit. Room cleaning is top notch. Staff is good and polite. Restaurant food quality is however average. Also, restaurant timings are however stringent and you will get frequent calls so as to close say dinner by 9 pm. Buffet provided only if sufficient number of meals are booked with restaurant. Indoor games are available such as Carrom, Chess, etc. but need few more of them to be included. Resort itself is on hill and you have to drive uphill all the way till reception and last road patch is very tricky. Again, resort reserve this parking only to their selective guest and will ask you to handover car keys so that they can park your car at lower parking zone which os away from your room. Jacuzzi, if chosen, is good with all functions and hot water working well. However, bugs enters inside the washroom and jacuzzi area and balcony. No view of lake at all as this property is on other side of it.

Location is average. Food quality is poor. Room quality and facilities are below average.

Not that scenic resort, just an average one. Food was good, but atmosphere was not at all well maintained.

Great Stay! The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet. The food was delicious, with great variety. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I would like to bring to your attention that one of the activities included in my booking — the guided outdoor walk — was not provided. I understand that this activity has been stopped due to the rainy season, but this was not mentioned at the time of booking. Since this was part of the package I paid for, and it is currently unavailable, I kindly request either an alternative arrangement or a partial refund for the same. Stayed in the heritage independent AC room, Vacation with family. Enjoyed the every second of the stay at the property. staff was so happy to help with everything in stay and Food was so yummy and tailored as our needs all the time.

It was really a pleasant stay at Petal resort Wayanad. View from room were awesome, breakfast and dinner spread were good..but most importantly the service of staffs were excellent.

Food was good. Ambience was not worth the cost it incurred . Sheets could have been better . Rooms were spacious. Jacuzzi is the biggest turnoff , most of the options were not working in Jacuzzi . It spoilt the experience .

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. There were so many games and activities to enjoy, perfect for both kids and adults. The view from the room was stunning—truly a sight to wake up to every morning. The pool area was clean and relaxing, a great spot to unwind. The location is excellent, the resort is also superb. If you are looking for any cuisine apart from kerala cuisine, you might be a little disappointed.

We had a very pleasant stay at Petals Resort, Wayanad on May 1st. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently courteous and attentive. The dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, though a bit more variety would have further enhanced the experience. A special note of appreciation to Mr. Francis, the General Manager, who went above and beyond to assist us in securing accommodation at another resort when we were unable to extend our stay. His proactive support and local network were truly invaluable. We look forward to visiting again.

The stay was very pleasant. The food and ambience was good. The view and the location is also good. Overall the place is worth the money. The staff were very courteous and very helpful. They were at their toes whenever we needed anything.
