The hotel is nice with, good staff behavior, located on prime pelling junction from where you can get communications for your destinations easily. So i recommend this hotel for business travellers, tourists.

From makemytrip i got to know about phamrong retreat. The hotel stay was excellent. The ambience of the hotel was traditional. The location of the hotel was at the right place like the main road and main traffic of pelling. Service was excellent

The main pro is the location, hotel is at the centre of upper pelling. Kanchenjunga can be seen from the back rooms and terrace. Good quality rooms and bathrooms at reasonable rates. Food and service is also good. Great stay.

Best hotel in entire peling, very clean, food was hygenic, excellent and the service of hotel staffs are very good, best thing is that the hotel is in center of the peling, and every other shops, bazar is accessible from here at walking distance.

This hotel is at well location on upper pelling at zero point. All view points & taxi & bus stand are very near to it. Behaviour of the stuffs are very good. It well secured hotel. Foods of this hotel are also good. Rooms are very clean.
