I satyed there with my father for 4 days. The rooms were nice and well maintained. Staff were really friendly. The reception 2 gusy were very nice and helpful. The housekeeper from assam the guy i dont remember the name. He was very nice and friendly as well. I would recommend the hotel . Only problem I moved was nearby there is not much of shops.

so so not so good staff not coperative

As i booked from makemytrip,Hotel staff asked me why i didn't book directly. And they treat very bas because I booked through makemy trip. This is second time i am facing same issue at same hotel

The property location is very good, you can easily access to Lulu mall and near by market. Room was well maintained. Staff was promot, courteous and helpful. Ernakulam Town station is just 3 km from here. They don't have in-house kitchen. But they do outsource limted menu Overall, it's a good hotel. Go for it.

The stay was good. The place is near to the city but still a calm and peaceful area. Bathroom was just okay.

The room and bathroom was clean and good the ppl were kind

The overall experience of the stay was very pleasant and relaxing. I had booked for a classic room from the make my trip app, where the breakfast food was not included but if you directly book the stay in the phoenix holidays hotel deluxe room with breakfast is also included at the same tariff paid.

Great stay with ample parking and clean amenities. Good location and easy to reach check in/out was smooth.

Overall the stay was good. location - ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ cleanliness - ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Room- ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ But I do have some suggestions too. Please provide washroom amenities like a bucket. AC does not have that much cooling . If that's ok, it's a great.

The stay was worth the money given. Location is perfect for those who want to get in and out the city easy. Neat and tidy.

Very bad stay will not recommend any they ask to use towel in a repetitive manner for 3 days also handwash was finished we asked they denied gave us a soap. They ask us we don't change bedsheets we don't give fresh towel their whole bedsheet was dirty all rooms and belongings very dirty. They don't have a proper manner to talk to.
