Stay was good . Location is near gondola rope way which is v awesome. Food was nice . Amenities were good. Staff were fully trained and professional .

The location is awesome m. Property has no lift which is a drawback. They will only run the heater if temperature falls below 0 degree.

breakfast was average. very less options in the breakfast..... rooms were not that good. parking space was very less, if ubwant to take ur car , we have to remove all the vehicles from your behind .

The property is good at a scenic place. Rooms are good and comfortable but food was not upto mark.that needs improvement

Food was too spicy. Location was good but no elevator. Buffet breakfast was having less variety with sambar like dal. Pretty warm otherwise.

staff was professional and very helpful.....in heavy snowfall hotel location is bit tricky to reach....but staff made sure they carry your luggage there.

• No hot water • property is not maintained, gallery window didn’t have the glass • food was very costly and taste was ok as there is no other option • toilet seat was broken even after multiple complaints they didn’t change the room even though hotel was completely empty

Very well behaved staff and tasty food the location of the property is a few minutes away from the gondola. Overall experience was excellent
