Very good room. Neatly maintained and new. Well furnished. Behavior of only staff i met was very nice. No room service or restaurent. One liquor shop is working in same building. Even the entrance of the hotel is crowded with drnkards and their cycles and motorcycles. Had to travel 2 km for taking food. No photos taken

Very bad experience with makemytri

I had booked a double bed room delexue ac and a double room ac for 10th august to 12th august. Upon reaching the hotel the receptionist told that makymytrip ppl didnt communicate with them regarding the booking and it was given randomly by them and rooms are not available. After showing my booking details they were ready to provide 2 non ac rooms. After calling makemytrip helpline and talking with executive the hotel ppl gave one ordinary ac room and the other non ac room. It was cheating already payed arond 11 k for both the rooms and had to stay in a room which was not our choice and not for the amount which was already payed. After talking to executive at makemytrip helpline they told refund option is not available clearly the rooms were not of the same worth, ordinary rooms costing 1000 each. Rooms were smelly. Toilet was not clean. No towels or toileteries were provided. Location was near bevareges outlet. So area always crowded and congested parking. I lost my trust in makemytrip. Went with family for attending an important exam. Had to travel to an unkown city but was confident that makemytrip will take-care of the hotel stay. Very poor service frm makemytrip. Will never book via this app again. If i had directly booked the hotel they would have told me rooms are unavailable or would have taken the same rooms with their tariff ie 1000 each. Had to pay extra and stay there.

They didn’t opened doors i didn’t stay there we reached late night denied reason no staff is there for service when contact he coolly replied i will refund money with ladies elderly people i suffered a lot went for another property even i have wattsapp to you
