The facilities were good for the price of the room. Rooms were clean and well kept, had all the required amenities. The service was good and polite. The in-house restaurant was good too but it’s serving time was too much. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

During our booking at pipal utkal continental jharsuguda we didnt opted for breakfast but when we checked in they told that we can have a complimentary breakfast and we availed that complimentary breakfast later they included the charges for breakfast in our checkout bill this is not fair and we are unhappy with that 1238- was charged on us

Great experience at this pipal utkal continental hotel. Very smooth check in done. Large property with big garden, swimming pool and and a very big lawn. Best sunrise visible from my room. Courteous staff with quick response to all services required. Tasty food with big quantity platters. Will definitely visit again and again. Highly recommend for a comfortable & enjoyable stay
