Premium property with spacious room & attractive ambience

Totally satisfied with the property. The room was very spacious and full of decoration. The ambience of the property was very attractive. The staff are very polite and helpful, especially the reception manager who was very polite and helpful. Very friendly and comfortable environment. Overall this property is one of the premium & comfortable place to stay in lucknow.

not a good hotel, waste of money, bathroom sinking like any thing, mosquito 🦟 in the room, no proper breakfast, you have to search people there to order for breakfast

The hotel don't have any lift, so if you have elder people don't book it. Though i found staff v helpful to whatever i requested for basic things needed. But i don't think the whole property is capable to work like hotel as the cleaning is issue. There was dead rat in the room, the room was not cleaned. Terrible stay overall.
