Extremely unhygienic, unclean, pathetic location

1) location of the property is in absolute chos area 2)no parking facility available, you have to park your car on road (2km) away from property at your own risk. 3) owner is completely bias he is not at all responding for south indian people's 4) rooms are not at all good it's having bad smell. 5) suggesting people's not to visit this property

Service is very poor. No care about border. Not clean.

I had booked one room for three adults but they gave us two-bed room. I suggest to all. Those who are looking for room near the CMC don't go pkma residency, hotel owner and manager they don't have any politeness. Room are too small and cleanliness. Even they charge high.

That lodge not good to stay and that staff not responsible anything and bathroom not clean and no water facility and water facility not available

Very poor, not hygiene, we have to complaint the higher authorities to clean our room and we have to wait outside the room for an hour. As booked for 6 days we have to stay only for 4dys but refused to refund the excess amount.

I had to use my data plan as no wifi available. The person was rude.

It is good and it's near to old bus stop

Food is not supplied at the hotel but overall cleanliness is good, but room is not spacious. Still as per money value the hotel is good. The room is clean. Regular sanitization is done. Water needed to be purchased fifty rupees per 20 litre

Bad experience. Hotel onwer behaviour was very bad. Room was not clean. Very dirty. And onwer behaviour was rude with us. Very bad hotel. Location ok. Bt service was horibbile

Good hotel. But 2 Bedded rooms are very congested. Bathrooms are also very small. But 3 bedded rooms are okay. Hotel staff is very good. Overall good stay and value for money.

Though a location is bit inside, but in all respect it's a very budget friendly and a good stay.

Hotel is average, small room, bedclothes was too dirty, they don't come for cleaning the room for single time. It's not near CMC hospital. its 5 minutes walking distance from CMC hospital.

We stay here during my treatment in CMC. Location and services of this hotel is ok. We took our meals out Side. Stay here is seems to be ok.

I found hospitality and staff behavior very good. Rooms are little bit congested, but Worth according to money.
