Wonderful stay. At main location and completely safe. Open parking available. Apartment and rooms are very spacious. It’s at 3rd floor without lift so could be a problem for old age people.

From the moment uncleji caught my eye, i knew this was the right place to stay. Uncleji's portraits exude a kindness and hospitality that you can't find anywhere else. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. To our relief, we knew uncleji would be ok with us enjoying a drink during our stay, since he had an impressive collection on empty bottles. Out of sincere gratitude for our stay, we left a belvedere bottle for uncleji's collection. We look forward to staying again, and only hope that next time, we will have the honor of sharing a "cheers" with uncleji himself.

Apartment is huge and beautiful but not maintained well. There were termites in all doors. Towel given were of bad quality, once you use it there will be lint all over your body. House was not cleaned well. Though they have given good amount of crockery along with good collection of glasses for drinks but hygiene is a big issue. There were ants and cockroaches in the kitchen and even after asking house keeping was not cleaning the apartment well. Just a suggestion for owner, provide a vaccum cleaner to housekeeping staff for a good and clean experience.

The apartment is quite good with lot of space and location is good, having good security. The caretaker is very helpful and caring. Help in all aspects during stay. Only issue is that the apartment is at 3rd floor and no lift is available so need to lift the luggage at the floor, although the caretaker help in bringing the luggage. The apartment is located at a very prime location.
