Location is best. Hotel was too costly with respect to the size of room. It costs 5000 per night on sunday. Balcony view was awesome.

Bathroom is ok, sweemming pool is not maintained, no shower facility, poolside washroom are dirty, lot of plastic waste in sweemming pool, no mosquito repellent in room breakfast is ok,

Ever since we visited the resort there was no availability of staff on reception. Issues related to room during check-in - stained bedsheet and quilt - dirty swimming pool - dirty rooms, cleaned after request only - water, toiletries and towels provided after request. Not at all happy with the kind of services the resort provides. Food was good.

Food is okay for polo heritage resort but ac was not working in summer it self. Wifi is not provided. All over service is good but fecility is not given properly. I won't recommend to anyone.

We visited this hotel on a long weekend and may be that is why room tariff was high. Positives neat to polo forest clean rrstaurant food is good swimming pool is well maintained negatives bed size is small. We were a couplr and a 2 year old child. And found it difficult to accommodate in the bed 2. Quality of bed and room furnitures is average. 3. There was no electrictity for almost an hour at night. Room attendant was sleeping and i had to personally reach out to him and ask him to switch on the dg 4. There are no amenities other than swimming pool and landscaped garden.

Only veg good and very good. Problem is timing and limited options available. There is no nearby option either. Morning tea is available at 8 am only. In night is absolutely dark in compound, no security guard. Staff belongings are lying at entrance. Reception is at first floor, just an ordinary chair + bed for receptionist.
