The hotel location is prefect, with awesome view, everything is great, have a swimming pool, clean, tidy. Just be careful there whether is very wet, so don't keep any door open at night. And one thing they can really improve is about their network, the location only jio network works well and hotel wifi is terrible.

Excellent property, clean big rooms, breakfast had numerous options for both veg and non veg, service staff was very polite and courteous, special mention to jennisica and rajiv for making our stay comfortable and extra ordinary.

The stay was wonderful. Picturesque location, decor well blended with nature. The room amenities were great. The room lighting and placement of switch/ sockets can be improved a bit. Food was tasty and rightly priced. Staff behaviour was excellent. The live performance was amazing. Kudos to both of them for wonderful singing.

Nice view available foods quality good. Live song rooms are very good gym and spa are also good indoor and outdoor games are also good but internet facilities not good

Absolutely beautiful property. We were in awe of the view. The staff was extremely courteous, especially pradeep was really helpful. Loved the restaurant and poolside bar. Food was amazing. Must book a session at their spa as well. We will definitely visit again

Amazing view as well as amazing hospitality. A little disappointed as our special request floating breakfast was delayed by an hour or so. The staffs are helpful, watchful and hospitable

Hotel is in upper sohra ( cherrapunji) in a peaceful area overlooking the lush valley and seven sister waterfalls location is super excellent. The climate over there was always very good with bits of sunshine, cloud cover all around and cool breeze at all times. Property is not huge but well laid out and easy access to all facilities and restaurant. The check in was quick and welcome drink was served. Decent lobby and reception area. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The hotel has a swimming pool, excellent spa and small recreation area. Restaurant is spacious and comfortable. Good spread of breakfast buffet and live counters. Dinner we had a la carte. They have buffet dinner but not on all days. Food was good and with such a huge spread you will always find items suiting your taste buds. Special mention of ms. Banri at restaurant for her exceptional service. They have live music during dinner time which was entertaining. High tea with snacks and cookies complimentary at evenimg time. Excellent hospitality made our stay memorable. It is a resort not to be missed. The only disappointing feature was the plunge pool with the log huts. The huts were good the plunge pool is well located but size is not of a plunge pool and was a disappointment. Resort is highly recommended.

Remarkable experience with resort location, absolutely stunning room view, cleanliness, excellent breakfast buffet, delicious food during dinner (we didn't take lunch) and most importantly the hospitality of the staffs. The entire staff very courteous but special mention to two people> banri (at the dinning area) for being very particular with the order, both at breakfast and dinner and pradeep (from housekeeping) for the clean room and also a complimentary room decoration. If you are visiting sohra and looking for a luxury stay, please give this place a chance, you will not regret.

Very good. Good ambience, good food. Friend and professional staff. Will like to come again to this property. Only issue is the property is exceptionally costly for good rooms. Price needs to come down. And heater needs to be installed in pools.
