That is Very Good place, very Good staff, very good facilities and reasonable for all.

Swimming pool water is not in good condition also adventure activity are not properly maintained compared to expensive to other resorts

Maintenance of property is poor, need more attention, however food quality was ok.  Tent was extremely unpleasant to smell

It is an average property. Food was okay. Service okay. Looks an old, not well-maintained properly. The towels were torn (overused). Does not qualify to be a 3-star property as per m. Can be called a budget properly. Overly priced for the facility and service provided.

Great service and staff was very supportive.Food was delicious and amenities were also good. Enjoyed a lot of Jungle Safari as guide was having a good knowledge and experienced. Overall great experience.

We had a pleasant 2N/3D stay at this resort during March 16-18, 2025. It’s a nice resort tucked away close to the forest. The staff was courteous and the hospitality was warm, which made us feel quite comfortable. The overall facilities were very much family friendly. A special word of ‘thanks’ to Kishore Singh (Manager) and his assistant Suresh who took a due care of us.

Stayed in deluxe tent. Tent quality was not good. Washroom were not proper, geyser was not working. Even tree house was similar for some other guest staying. Food quality was good. Overall not worth for night stay. Can come only for day trip

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the polo retreat resort in vijaynagar, and my experience was generally positive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the resort's amenities were well-maintained. However, the hospitality at the resort was somewhat average. While the staff were friendly and helpful, there were a few instances where the service could have been improved. Overall, i would recommend the polo retreat resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in vijaynagar. While there may be a few areas for improvement, the resort's strengths definitely outweigh its weaknesses.
