Our stay at ponni residency has been pleasant. The check-in and check-out process are hasslefree. Tap fittings, door fittings can be better. Overall, worth the money.

Not that great stay it's a normal tourist stay should not expect much for the price and it is quite near to the main temple

The place is terrible no customer service the check-in service was painful this morning the checkout was at 11 and they called at 8 and told us to checkout despite paying extra for early check in the room was a mess the bathroom was unclean no water or toiletries just extremely bad and to add to it the extremely unprofessional language

It got cancel-led after booking the hotel. Last minute changes made me upset and it wasted almost 1. 5 hours of time and we have changed our plans and skipped some programs. It never happened i do not know the problem with the hotel or make my trip and i faced the issue. Shifted to vedha stay
