The property has a great ambience and relaxing vibe. It's a 5 bhk property which accommodates max 10 people at a time. There's some issue with food as there aren't any nearby restaurants and also one has to collect food from a 5km away city.

The location was decent and convenient. The kind of facilities, security and cleanliness they provided were good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The caretaker was kind and helpful. I want to recommend this property.

Stay was really terrible and we got bitter experience. What ever property pics mentioned and reality we got had huge gap. Bad exp includes following. 1. Bathroom was water spilled everywhere on just checkin. 2. In the morning tap was broken in one of bathroom and after they fixed that in 1-2 hours, dirty water was coming so we couldn't bath on time. 3. Breakfast was not good and also quantity was not sufficient. No tea or coffee in the breakfast4. caretaker. Consumed our wine without our permission when we were not present. And many more. Whole wayanad trip got spoiled due to this stay.
