Poor Stay

I checked in on 20th April morning time. The reception person didn’t give any room key since i checked in on 20th. Nowhere in the bill it was written that i have to check in at 12pm only. Had to wait for another 1 hour in the reception, call the owner of the hotel, who didn’t even pick up the call… The contact details given in is totally wrong… all 3 contact details were not answering. Please make sure when you add some hotel name , their credentials and contact numbers are correct

The check in flow was smooth. The rooms were just average. Our rooms were missing either a tv remote, kettle or ac remote. The bathroom was clean, but the doors were not proper. We were not provided with water or towels before hand and we had to ask later. Could have been a better experience.

Staff attended us very nicely and was very cooperative. Location was good, however as we booked deluxe rooms that was not visulised from the condition of rooms.
