    There was Cockroach 🪳 In whole area , Even on the bed and pillows,Ambience was so terrible, We can't even sleep whole night. There was a bad smell on the bed sheets and towels, The toilet was not cleaned properly especially the bath tub and bucket..

    It was one of the beautiful stay. Were i stay in coimbatore. Their stafs are very calm. Ambience are very good. Rooms are fully furnished and clean. Couple friendly. Easy to travel and explore coimbatore. Beds are too comfortable. But they do not provide water bottle. And makemy trip is very easy and friendly for booking rooms.

    The hotel is average. My only concern was the floor. Due to the weather conditions, the tiles in my room (room number 318) were a bit shaky. I was worried that they might break and i would be fined, so i informed the front desk about the issue. However, the staff member only asked for my room number and didn't take any action. The whole time, i felt like i was tiptoeing around like a thief. Aside from this issue, i found the hotel to be average. It's located in the heart of the city, which feels good.

    The room was not neat, the bedsheet was dirty and stained. One towel provided was unwashed and had clearly been used by multiple people. They didn't even change it after informing the reception. No toiletries were provided, and the staff were not customer friendly. if you arrive late, there is no lighting on the street where the hotel is located.
