Review Of Pragati Manor

Nothing great about this hotel. The rooms are very small. There is no parking space for car. Hardly only two park and parked. The food was very expensive. There wasn't much choices in the breakfast. No, I would say she's just an average. Nothing good about only for the location, the location is good. That's all nothing great.

The service really sucks, all the way from their restaurant to room service they are not at all professional and also their food doesn’t taste good

1. Food was Excellent and restaurant staff was helpful. 2. Rooms lacked maintenance. 3. There seemed to be shortage of staff. 4. Same day laundry should be started.

I booked a room with a Kind size bed, and the hotel gave me two single bed room. The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Staff was also unapologetic. I paid for this shit. Will never go to that hotel again.

the stay was pathetic water was dripping frm ac hot water was not available in shower apart frm that toiletries were also not available it is a very shaddy place to stay.

All facilities are available except swimming pool in this hotel. The location of the hotel is in prime location of Guwahati in GS Road near to Railway Station.

My overall experience with food, location and hospitality of the hotel staff was great @ Pragati Manor ✨👌👌Very happy with their overall support and service. Everyone starting from Reception to room service , restaurant service , housekeeping staff etc are very well behaved and friendly and they have made my stay very pleasant. Thank you Team Pragati 👍🏻

Worst service

Good location, and prompt service as well good food. Well decorated Restaurant , rooms and reception area .

The location is at a prime centre . Cleanliness is poor. I booked a corporate room for 3 guests. Rooms are congested. Bed sheets seemed unchanged. Only 1 towel and 1 dental kit provided for 3 guests. Hygiene is poor. As we were staying only for the night and extremely tired we did not complain. Staff is good.

Hotel is centrally located in GS road with convenience to most of the shopping malls in the vicinity. The place is ideal for business and leisure. Food served here is delicious and with many options in the buffet breakfast, one can enjoy the stay here without any doubt, the persons in the reception is very courteous and indeed very helpful. Stay in the property is excellent and recommended for others to come and experience the wonderful ambience.

U got the hotel booked as it was showing breakfast included first but as soon as u proceeded on booking it increased the price and sis not include breakfast as i was booking in hurry i booked under the earlier assumption. I ended up paying 4400 per day for my single occupancy room without breakfast, while people booked through hotel directly that too after me booked in 4000 including breakfast. Apart from that the booked room was dirty and no iron, no newspaper etc as promised in mmt. Bookinv through mmt costed me a lot.

The room was below average. For a water bottle also they will charge you that's not the right way.

Basically the front desk staff was very rude and his behaviour was very disrespectful towards me, he denied to provide me hotel bill. All in it was a very bad experience at this property, not going to visit again at this place
