The property is in middle of the city which is great. But they are not flexible with check-in timings. There is no wifi for the guests and the mobile coverage was interruptive as well in the room I stayed, which was a major concern.

Broken mug, bad quality of maintenance, difficult to enter wash room, dirty walls & flooring, no cooperation

The room was spacious with all the amenities a good budget hotel can offer. Centrally located. Staff is very good. Prompt service and polite.

Good hotel but lacks food service

Everything about this hotel is old: the tiles in the floor are from the 1970s, the blankets are the rough rugged ines we used in 1960s when we were children, the upholste4y on the armchair must be 25 years old and stained dirty, there is no wifi, and the worst part is: the water in the bathroom is the colour if tea - yes ut is brown co-loured muddy water in which yiu are supposed to have a shower. But wait there is worse to come: they don't have 24 hour hit water and if yiu want a shower before 7 am or after 1 pm, you can only have a cold shower. When asked the receptionist said rudely that they can-nit afford 24 hr hit water as it was too expensive. When i told him. That hotels that coat less provide hot water, and at rs. 1000 a day i should have no need to have a cold shower, he snapped at me and said this was the hotel policy. There is onky one charging point, hence if you are charging yiur ohone yiu cannot charge your laptop. Some. Of the switches and plug poibts are either vroken or coming off the wall.

Very dirty room, the water was dirty, not Worth for money. So didn't really feel worth. Not recommended, very dirty water was provided

It was very disappointing when we checked in but the staff were very cooperative and made the needed rectification to make us comfortable.

For business purposes stay is good.

I insisted that I will check late and requested the hotel to keep room ready. When I reached late at around 1 am the room was not ready. There were stains in the bedsheet and the other one was stinking. I felt bad. I had an important meeting early morning but I could not get sleep because of bad odour. The toilet flush was not good. The tap water was brown. Really a nightmare.

Highly recommend. Had a pleasant stay. Staff was courteous. Great location well connected to the City.

Suitable for short period stay. Hotel is near to the bus station and metro.
