The home stay is well maintained clean and tidy but it is far from town as well as no food available

Not a heritage property. Basically a house with multiple rooms. Not maintained well by the owners. Washbasin outlet leak messed up the entire bathroom. Only one person available to cook, clean and maintain the entire property. No restaurant available nearby. Location not within main manipal area. Would not stay here again.

The stay was very good. Very good room. Very good amenities. Close to the city. As indicated, this is almost same as a 3 star hotel.

Clean rooms and bathroom for the price it is worth it. They provide food as well if requested. 2-3kms from main areas.

Room and atmos ok. But toothbrush and tooth paste not available in hotel. Overall experiance is average

Suddenly early in the morning there was a power cut off. Air conditioners was not working. Everything was good & peaceful stay

The location of prarthana heritage is in a calm and quiet surroundings and the building constructed in a traditional kannada village style with modern techniques. The room was spacious with double height and the toilet was neatly maintained. Only flaw being lack of food but still the owner helped in ordering.

The property is very beautiful, and nicely done up and live up to its name 'heritage home. The care taker at the property is quite helpful and available as you need her. Cooks delicious food and coffee. Overall had good stay.

Nice property but not maintained well. Even after complaining about leakage of sink in bathroom no response.
