We had a very pleasant stay at prat-ham inn. The hotel is located at a nice and calm place, the room was neat and clean, spacious and well maintained. Staffs were courteous and well behaved. All amenities were in working condition. Food served was also very good. Hotel doesn’t serve breakfast however the same was available in the market place nearby ( having several good quality restaurants. Overall it was an excellent stay. Excellent stay in neat, clean and spacious rooms, all amenities working fine, courteous staffs and nice hotel location.

To be honest one of the best hotel i stayed with my family. The rooms are clean, very supportive staff, restaurant is fantastic nice food and its in the center of the city we really enjoyed and i suggest this hotel if any one visiting udupi or manipal

Good experience at the hotel. It was neat and clean. The pub on the first floor was loud which we could hear on the second floor vibrating the windows and tables there.

We were visiting udupi for the first time, but the support and care of the staff members made our tour hassle free and comfortable. The room was spacious and neat. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The air conditioner was working. No complaints and my recommendations for other visitors to try once. It was unexpected prat-ham visit with my family for touring kollur and udupi. Tried lots of hotel at kollur and udupi but everywhere it was showing sold out in 4star hotels. At that time prat-ham inn by downtown hotel was showing available, initially hesitant but after visit it was fully satisfied. Hotel services and food was excellent but wanted to improve in the amenities like tv was not working, breakfast complimentary should be included. Domino's and kfc are nearby.
