When i check about this hotal on online then i see after reached at hotal that is same not change any something. After booking they are allow 3pm but. One person is name kapil he has provide 2:15. As well as good behaviour. Everything thing is good my experience.

Amazing place. Was on our second trip to the hotel. Found it to be very good. Amazing room, great service and close to beach but away from maddening crowds. Best if you have your own car. Rooms tastefully decorated and looked after.

The resort is awesome and the rooms are really clean and beautiful with a nice view from the balcony. Must visit when in Goa. I enjoyed my stay.

Presa di goa was good to stay only for nature lovers. They have good maintained garden theme along with swimming pool. Location is also fine. But food service was poor due to menu was not ready.

The property is old, but it’s a good calm stay, i stayed with my family for 4 nights in a duplex room. Staff are courteous, well mannered.

Nice clean rooms, supportive staff, nice ambience! Value for money! British themed classic hotel! Different kind of bed and other furniture with all modren amenities! Food menu is something to be worked upon!

Great rooms. Well maintained. Helpful staff. The hotel is easy to locate. It has a decent sized parking lot for the size of the hotel. The hotel itself has a certain old world charm to it, with even the furniture being inspired by the old colonial times.

Very nice peaceful hotel, ideal for avert relaxed holiday. Staff very helpful Maybe a complimentary bottle of water left as routine in the room will help. Though I was not charged for extra bottles it was embarrassing having to ask at reception each time. The antique furniture adds a lot of character to the hotel. Beach shuttle is good and convenient for guests.

Property is good but the service and breakfast is too bad need the bathroom to be cleaned properly … according to price for stay it’s good but bathroom are very conjusted and very unhygienic

Though all staffs are friendly, they need to be trained to describe about the local dishes if the guest wants to know. However, that knowledge was lacking by the staffs. In addition, the food prices were expensive and i found an insect in the juice served to me one day. The room safety locker was not working and it was not repaired or replaced even after reporting. The cold water tap was not working so i was not able to mix hot and cold water to get the desired temperature for showering. Due to this, i was forced to shower in cold water. No action was taken after informing them.

Overall the stay was disappointing as the start of the day was with a 1. 5 hours wait for getting the breakfast. Additionally there was solar tank work ongoing which caused the water to smell pretty bad. The location is around 3km away from Baga beach and the shuttle service is only available till 6 in evening.

We just returned from our 2 nights stay at Presa Di Goa. We were not at all happy with the service provided to us during the course of our stay there. The property and feel of the place is good but the hospitality is where it lacks charm. Our Room was not cleaned at all during the course of our stay . . The Food was decent. Breakfast quality was fine but the manner in which they serve it is quite inhumane. We had to ask for basic things like getting plates, cutlery, water etc Will avoid visiting this place again due to its lack of service.
