For the most part, it was a comfortable stay. The rooms are very neat and clean. Appreciated the good Wifi speed. The food was quite good with a decent breakfast spread that caters to all. But there were a few things that could’ve been better, the biggest one was having hot water available 24/7 without needing to ask. Also, few of the staff seemed a bit confused at times, and their communication wasn’t very clear, which came across as a bit unprofessional at times.

While my stay at the hotel has been generally satisfactory, I faced a bit of disappointment with the premium room I booked, which unfortunately lacks windows. Upon inquiring about this, I learned that they have a limited number of rooms equipped with windows for natural light. This crucial detail was not mentioned anywhere in the property's listing, which could lead to misunderstandings for future guests. Therefore, I highly recommend that anyone considering a stay here double-check with the hotel regarding room features.

the property is very good. we stayed there for two nights. its on highway. with a very beautiful view of hills near by. very beautiful rooftop cafe and resturant. the room service was also very good. very professional and helpful. we booked a suit room. there was little bit issue with hot water which was fixed after notifying. other than that everything else was absoluetly amazing.
