Normal hotel
Normal service if you order tea or coffee. Extremely slow service if you ask housekeeping for anything e.g. towels. On the 1st day in the evening, the lock of our room got defective, so everytime we have to open our room we have to ask the manager.

Truly Impress Experience at Hotel Pride
I had a truly pleasant stay at Hotel Pride by Samrat in Jabalpur. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well maintained, offering great comfort throughout my visit. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile — their hospitality really stood out. The location is convenient and easy to access, and the overall ambience of the hotel is modern yet welcoming. The food was delicious with a good variety of dishes, and room service was prompt. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Hotel Pride by Samrat to anyone visiting Jabalpur — whether for business or leisure.

The overall experience was good. Staff behaviour was decent. Rooms are also good. Anyone can recommend their known one for accommodation. Hotel Location is also good. Everything is nearby only. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Go for it

Average Stay
I had booked 4 luxury rooms, but unfortunately, only one was up to the expected standard. The rest were poorly maintained. In my room (No. 2004), there were cockroaches, and the floor was dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly — dirt literally stuck to our feet. Basic amenities were also missing — no shaving kit, no bath soap, and no room slippers. I had to call and request a shaving kit separately. Overall, the only good part of our stay was the restaurant food, which was quite nice. But given the hygiene and maintenance issues, I would not recommend staying here until they improve their room upkeep and cleanliness.

The property is not that much good as shown in Pics , Bed sheets & Blankets were having spots not cleaned , Hygeine issues !! Also staff not having knowledge , There was no body wash available in amenities

the experience was horrible..... they charge me for water bottle... they think if u staying for 30 to 40r ... only bottle of water is enough for 2 person

Good Stay
Pride by Samrat is best hotel in Jabalpur. I have checked around 15 hotels in Jabalpur physically, at the end i like this hotel oride by samrat. In terms of safety and security it is good. Other hotel in Jabalpur does not has that really. Rate wise this hotel is best. This is good for couple, family, birthday party, corporate parties etc.

Highly recommended even for solo female travellers
Will highly recommend it. clean and hygienic stay,as shown in the picture. Kind staff, what stands out the most is high female representation in staff which kinda put your mind at ease if you are solo travelling as a female. washrooms are top-notch, food is great if you are planning to have breakfast in the city I would recommend it's breakfast buffet it's affordable and fresh.
