Room was cleared and washroom wash not cleared and ac is not working and tv is not working towal was not clean very disappoint

The entire property is undergoing repairs as per the staff. They are still selling the rooms!! the place looked deserted. Rooms were shabbily maintained, we found boby hairs on our bed so we changed our room - second room the AC was not cooling so we changed our room - third room the AC was barely cooling but we decided to stay as it was getting late. Bathroom fixtures and fittings were clean but were poorly maintained - wash basin tap was shaking like it's about to come out, shower head was choked and the water pressure was too low I decided to use the bucket but the bucket was too dirty and stained ( hair sticking on the bucket rim) I ended up using just the tap and mug. No need complaining about all this to the staff as they are clueless. I stayed at this place only because of MI Russell court campus. The place is huge and once upon a time was very beautiful massive restaurant, bar setup, lobb, gym, recreation rooms swimming pool etc. but not any more these people should not sell rooms to anyone till the time they clean everything it's a bad name and bad experience for people who come here. A swimming pool is present but without water ( Oh ). Despite its impressive size and potential, the property is in disrepair. From unhygienic rooms to malfunctioning ACs and poorly maintained bathrooms, everything needs urgent attention. Staff seem helpless, and facilities like the pool are unusable.

The service was good, and Staff was very helpful. Good hygienic rooms too. Would recommend it of any one of you is in this area.
