Nothing v exciting but all required things were there if they can improve is gymnasium & house keeping part of it

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Lastly and most importantly the food was just indeeed so good.

Terrible Stay
Rooms were pathetic, washroom were in a very bad condition with cockroaches. The rooms were having ac issue and no freshness was seen. The food was average and with less options.

Poor Stay
Poor service, rooms lacked cleanliness and maintenance. Even after reaching at 5.30 pm we were asked to wait for checkin. Rooms were smelling and bathrooms were in terrible condition. AC was not working and had to call up thrice to have it attended.

Poor room conditions
The rooms booked were not at all good for the price we paid. We had to change one room as it was stinking of coffee. Then both the rooms had a faulty bathroom door, which did nit close properly. Despite compliants the staff could not rectify it. Bathroom flooring had lot of stains. The only good part is breakfast was good. Hotel has to focus on proper room maintenance for the levy they are charging
