Our stay at pride resort has been an amazing experience. The overall service was superb and the staff was very very courteous. Staying at the pride suite enhances the overall experience to next level. The duplex cottage is awesome and has been defiant very thoughtfully. The cottage has self sufficient kitchen and has floor heating. We wish we had more days to stay here and would definitely recommend this place

The property is newly built with an excellent location in the heart of gulmarg. Boutique property with nicely built and well maintained rooms

Modern decor, cleanliness galore, service oriented staff, awesome view. The most modern hotel to stay in. Excellent heating systems in place. Great bakery too.

The stay was amazing, i came with my mom and the hotel staff is very supportive, about the breakfast it’s simply delicious even the spreads are good with indian and continental options, the rooms are very cozy and warm even in -5 degree the room was warm and at times it was hot as the inbuild heaters are super, also the rooms are spacious and with balcony with all the in room facilities

Relatively new and clean property in gulmarg. Service is also good. If you find it tough to spot the place look out for grand mumtaz it’s behind it.

Present stay a mist the snow but the property is slightly far from the market. Restaurant is not so great

Location was ok. But food was very normal for the amount they charged us. There are hardly any amenities. Service in terms of room service was ok.

Smelly rooms. Bad breakfast experience. Non cooperative staff. Not a good property. It is owned by grand mumtaz owner.
