Very bed quality of the rooms and hotel please don’t waste your money on this property

It was difficult to reach property as it is located adjacent to flyover with a narrow approach. Rooms are okay.

first when you walk into property there is two hotel owned by one man hotel icon and prime park second when you have booked for prime park why they have to provide for icon and then what room was shown while booking they give opposite to that then no soap, bucket still have layer of fungus , used towel rooms without ac remote no tissue paper , fan that does not work properly, mirror doesn't have proper spot light one thing I can say bed was clean and room was clean staff is bid good no food ordered.

Reception is welcoming, clean place, good staff, and service is prompt. Food available on order. Food is good and both veg n nonveg available

Review the hotel prime park name is not displayed instead the stay was provided in hotel icon ( as the property belongs to the same owner ) though the rooms are clean service is not professional. Not a good stay for corporate employees

Very poor quality, i have advance booking for stay. But room is not prepared. Ac not working in room. Not proper cleanness

Hotel entrance is fine, there is small parking and park the car is challenge. Corocge inside room.

Cons: lift facility not available. Hot water was also not available. Hotel icon and hotel prime park both run by management in same building. Cupboards not available in rooms. Rooms are small. Cleanliness to be improved pros: compact and decent room. Location is good walkable from railway station. Staff response is good.

Pathetic customer support. Seems multiple hotels are under single management and tried to give rooms in a different hotel than booked. When we insisted for the rooms in the hotel we booked, they allotted reluctantly and those rooms were in pathetic condition. Not cleaned and door knobs came into hand broken. Finally, we accepted the rooms in different hotel. Rooms were given on different floors. We booked two rooms for four of our family members. Since we checked in around 9 pm, we could not move to a different hotel and compromised. We decided not to book in the future without seeing the rooms.

It's good to stay for business tour. Also good test of food. .

Service was best at the hotel, only washrooms are not clean as much

Very small rooms, not maintaining well and clean. Dont have wardrobe. Room service are pathetic.
