Review Of Private Apartment Calangute | 1 BR Apartment

Property description was wrong

we had booked a bhk private apartment but after reaching we were given 2 separate rooms which we had not expected. This was so disappointing for us, they said private appartment is not available even though we had made a booking.

Overall it’s good stay, while checking in we had to wait for sometime coz the care taker was not aware about the booking & owner was not in place to confirm the booking

It is a very good place near calangute opposite to to one of the vines near to the dolphin circle. Everything is within a short distance so we can travel to all the beaches.

The aunty was terrible and she was saying anything to us whatever she wants although we respected her but that doesn’t mean they can say whatever they want

Very good in budget hotel, must stay here.

3rd class, bakvas, not a private property actually public building.

Don't stay here, hotel is not clean, staff is not there for help.

Near Baga and Calangute.

Room was on 4th floor having no lift. No glass, no dish, TV DTH not working. Only one AC. Room was not properly packed because of which no proper cooling.

This is a hotel room very dirty, no kitchen, only one washroom, and swimming pool too dirty.

Never book this apartment there is no maintenance of the hotel, dirty washrooms, unhygienic things, bad quality of the bed, tv, and ac are not in working conditions here it's the waste of money.

When we arrived at the apartment rooms were big enough for group of 5 people as we have booked two rooms, lights, fans, AC and fridge were in working condition, but in evening no lights, no AC was working, no fans were working around 12:30 am, we came return from beach and after having conversation with make my trip customer support, the person was very rude and no resolution was provided till 3:00 am after long conversation with two executives from MMT and we got shifted to new place.

Service is really bad. Place is average. No towel or toiletries provided. Musquito problem too. It was not a pleasant stay. Also the watchman of the building keeps asking hell lot of questions and acts as if people have come to rob than stay. Hope Kamat holiday homes takes adequate measures to make the guests feel comfortable and stay pleasant.
