Room size is adequate. But the room doesn't have any natural light or ventilation as the window has fixed glass which is covered with black sticker film. Experienced poor tv cable connection. The choice of breakfast items is less- no buffet.

Rooms and ambience is good. But breakfast spread was very very poor. Did not expect such a limited menu. Also food quality and service at restra was below par. Needs lot of improvement.

Lift was not working. Receptionist did not inform this when checking in. Later the bell boy says lift is not working and we were allotted room at 5th floor. They did not even apologize for that. Gosh. After whole day of traveling it was such a terrible thing to climb 5 floors. Hotel has only one lift and if its not working then u r in hell.
