Place was very picturesque, neat n clean, very good food. Tree house was fabulous with good bathroom.

it’s a average resort Average food quality and very less amenity’s for kids. Don’t go in summer because weather will be so Hot and there are not capable AC in Rooms But all staff are very Good

Ok rooms, good ambience average food. Bit over priced for what it offers. No spa available. The staff though are very helpful

the door lock is not working both rooms many times I called reception but they did not arranged any help. hospitality is not good

Cleanliness can be improved, food quality, service, behaviour of the staff was good. Overall good experience.

Staff was okay. Hotel looked okay but sheets were bad and smelly. Room was smelly. Food was bad. And entry omg. It was in jungle with no light and no boards to show where hotel is. Anyone can get lost there. It was pathetic and unsafe

The plunge pool and the swimming pool was too bad. Overall experience was too too bad apart from behavior of the staffs

I had a very disappointing experience with the room service and restaurant management. The restaurant management was equally unsatisfactory; overall, the level of service was far below what i expected, and i would not recommend this hotel to others unless significant changes are made. The things mentioned in the menu were also not provided. They didn't had any alternate option to satisfy the customer, although the housekeeping staff was really polite and very helpful throughout our stay but i am still disappointed by the unsatisfactory service and behaviour of the restaurant. I would not prefer staying here again until i want to have bad food experience.

Amazing hospitality. View is worth spending every moment on this property. It’s family friendly and have many extracurricular activities. Food is also nice.

Clean rooms but the jacuzzi needs 3 hours to fill due to small water heater. Service is slow and food is okay. This is a place maybe for staying for 3-4 nights minimum and go for basic room. The scenery is wonderful but reaching there is a bit difficult due to 500 meters off road drive.

Entry to hotel is pathetic and off road, not good for family " everything is sooooo expensive like its 4 or 5 star hotel but its not and even service and quality is not like the price that they are charging, zacuji is not working properly, hot water is not coming from three days 'swimming pool is not even cleaned and not operational and even compare to charges swimming pool should be tempreture cpntrol which is not, hotel most of the staff is pathetic, not recommend dint waste your hard earn money

Property is newly built, well mentioned, and very spacious. Rooms are big and clean, washrooms are really good. The jacuzzi was working properly. The food is very good. If you want to stay outside the cutey rush, this is the property for you.

The staff is very polite and disciplined. Food is very delicious. Best resort for a family trip. The only cons is the timing restriction of having breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner if it is flexible then all over accommodation facilities provided by the resort are very good no complaints at all.

Our stay at pumpkin hotels was really good. The rooms were quite big and the jacuzzi and the private pool were the best part. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was good and even the staff were kind and helpful. Overall a very good stay and would highly recommend.
