The location is amazing, right in front of the beach. Though it is far from swqrgadwar, the sioence & the sound of waves add the essence to the stay. You can cook food, bring takeaways. They provide necessary induction, kettle, cooker, nonstick cookware, cup, plate, glass etc. Cleanliness is very good, daily morning they come to clean the entire house & bathroom. You can access beach directly, pool as well. Sit in thwir garden & kids can play over there also. Room had 2 king size bed with pillows & extra blanket. 1 large balcony with sea view & kitchen is attached to 1 room & the other room had large windows with sea view. 1 common bathroom. Altogether it was a very nice stay, easy for kid as well. I woupd live to stay in this property only whenever I visit Puri.

I have uploaded a video of the lobby of the hotel/homestay, full of dust, sound pollution and totally messed up. Though the behaviour of support staff was good but it not worth booking this room till the completion of renovation work. I must be compensated for this mess ups.

The staffs were not cordial. The accommodation was not clean and lacked basic facilities. It was a pain. Won’t recommend at all

Room has bad smell, it's feels like suffocating. The floor of first room looks like dirty.

Location is good but room was not cleaned as standard and only one washroom was there and water logging problem was there no towel provided in time and check out time also very earliest.

Overall property is ok with two beds as in the description, some small small issues but these are manageable. The owner is super supportive.
