The hotel is very near to the bus stand and the railway station. The location is good, near to mc road. Decent restaurants around and you can deliver food to the hotel as well. Neat place, budget friendly and ideal for brief stays.

Budget stay
The location of the property is easily accessible and very near to the railway station and private bus stand. The room was very small and could accommodate only a single person. Breakfast was denied by the hotel even though it was shown in the booking. The staff were polite and friendly. The tv remote was not available and i needed to switch on manually each time.

familyIf you have important work in kottayam i would suggest you can stay in this hotel for a day. Railway station is near to hotel. They provide you food from near hotel. Ac was working. Sheets were not clean.

Check in was problem. Checked in with daughter and the staffs did not allow and it was awkward. I also work in tourism industry. Need goo staffs to maintain the hotel. My rating 0 for staff.
