Staff are good. Break fast & dinner time very late . At list they should start at 8am & 8pm

worst experience. Tents were stinking and washrooms are in very bad shape and pathetic. worst maintenance of washroom and tents. western commod is shaking. it is a local place with no hygeine and worst maintenance. in MakeMyTrip also they will show as room while booking and once we reach they will say they have not given room booking option to MMT and they will give you tent. and the tent is in very bad condition rain drops will come and also it was very bad smell. no maintenance at all. in dining area they don't have regular cleaning options it will be too crowded like Majestic and all are local people visiting this space for day package and it is affordable for all and hence there is too much crowd. not at all a place to visit with family. please check before booking about the room and Tent and then proceed. very bad and worst experience.

I had booked a stay for couple, where it was mentioned as room with breakfast, lunch and dinner. But when I went to place they told that no your have booked camp and not a room and room is not available. It was clearly mentioned as room when I booked and after the transaction happened it was showing camp. This is clearly a scam that has happened and I have lost around 4.5K.I really need a support from MMT to fer my refund as this stay is being dishonest with their listing and have been scamming people.

The property has multiple activities to keep the guests engaged, the love music and camp fire was great add on and we had an amazing time. The breakfast buffet was good. Lunch/dinner buffet could be better

We have booked couples room .but we reached the resorts they told couples room means tent that is not room while book in make my trip it is showing room.you pls mentioned clear it is tent out door area .we are. up set totally see we have booked room through make my trip in your website pls mention details clearly. once reached the resort we can't change anything they told no rooms .whole night our sleeping was disturbed who will answer this one .they told madam couples rooms means tent out side . we totally up set no cancellation option and we reached the spot tell me is this correct.pls change the booking details.

Firstly, the booking through Make my trip was deceptive without clearly explaining about the booking. It was mentioned 1 Room. Actually tent was booked. Amount was nonrefundable, leaving us no choice to cancell after seeing the tent and suffering start. It was a very bad experience. Not even a bottle of water was given No help to carry luggage. No Light at tent, verry unhygienic bedding. It was like a refugee camp. washrooms were dirty, flush not working, no maintenance, no cleaning. We paid for a good time to be spent but had a very bad experience. I have never seen discrimination in a resort even for having food..

Nice ambience, reasonable price and good food. There is something for everyone. Big Pool, natural lake, adventure sports, indoor games etc.

Very nice staff, specially Tiathan and Pankaj Great location too, food is great but only available at evenings

Q mango forest situated at right place,away from city greenery surrounded by Lakes. Rooms are clean with all the facilities. Staff are very helpful. Plenty of food options, plenty of indoor and outdoor activities

The resort is quite good and comfortable .Food is quite tasty.loved the mango forest and perfect season to visit the same right now.Good Resort in close proximity to bengaluru

they show in the photo as a room, but it's not actually a room they are selling camp. Overall the property is good, but in the photo they show bed and charging points nothing was there.

One of the worst experiences we had!! When I search for a date range and a location, why does this resort show up? It has only day packages! I booked considering it’s an overnight plan. I got a confirmation msg also stating check in time and check out time for the next day. After Rching there, we were given option to stay in tents which is literally such a waste. washroom- we have to walk far. So overall it was a big inconvenience. The staff also were not able to understand our situation. All they had to say was there are no other rooms available. Their customer service was also pathetic. One lady called Bindu was coordinating and she had worst communication and no knowledge of what she is doing!! Anyways, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. So, we just left that place without staying and they did not even bother to give any kind of refund! So our money got wasted.

It was a very bad experience. We thought we had booked a room for night stay, after reaching the location the guy in the reception said that he will be providing us a tent. In make my trip description it is clearly mentioned as room, instead of room please mention as tent so that people does not get confused. Request is to please change the description to tent instead of room.

Food was absolutely tasty hygienic, Stay is super cool with location staff are good and decent totally must visit place

The facilities mentioned in my room were not provided, and also the picture of the room that I booked was totally different than what was shown while booking on the application.

There are common bathrooms which are terrible and no towels also were given after bath, tent house were so small and definitely not suitable for couples

When i was booking for resort the mmt app showed me as 1 room. When i finished booking it was mentioned as camp. Tried to modify the booking but there was no option. Tried to contact for customer support but couldn't get any sort of support.
