very clean room and lobby area this price.nice behaviour of staff.kind in nature and full cooperative staff.food quality and taste was good. overall very good experience with this hotel.

"Exceptional stay! Impeccable service and amenities exceeded expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions. Overall, a delightful experience. Highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay

Room is not clean switches are also broken and bedsheet is used and burnt too pillow cover is not washed.

I book this hotel for us, receptionist staff character very poor or very rudely and the manager is also very rude

A very terrible experience

In the hotel, the rooms were not clean and the hospitality was bad. I wasnt even given a bottle of water and when i tried to order food from the inhouse hotel i was asked to pay extra for asking to give me glass to pour the coke! i was also charged 40 rs for a coke that was only 20 rs! i absolutely have no idea why! and when i asked the reception they said it is additional charge for bringing it into the hotel! i mean! i would have understood if it was in the mountains or jungle! but u guys are in the middle of a metropolitan city! where is the additional cost coming from?
