The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay the impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjo6thnk you so much ms jyoti shivhare doing great job in hospitality. The location was very good even mr vijay help out me to find the hotel location easily

It was a very wonderful experience to stay with qotel hotel rama. All basic amenities were provided and ever-ted was up to the mark. Reception person trikeshwar was very polite and helpful professional staff definitely would recommend property for a comfy stay.

Actually i booked the quote l hotel and reached property at 6 in evening however receptionist told me that rooms are not ready. When my check in time was 1200 hrs so at 6 in evening rooms were not ready. Still i wanted to see the rom, and i was stunned to see the rooms which were pigeon holes, smelling badly, without any window, and 1 room was strewn with mixture and brew cans. The room and area looked seedy, and certainly not suitable for families. How make my trip is hosting such property. It seems that make my trip standard has touched a nadir! i didn't stay there, left the hotel, asked for cancellation, without any refund! i exactly told them that pay me rupees zero but cancel it. They have not done it till now. Make my trip should do it!
