Nice hotel, next time when I will in that city then definitely I will book the room in there. Hotel staff are very much cooperative and the room service also very good. The furnitures and cleaniness is very much apperciative.

All are good and very smart hotel. Sbi e commerce atm is also in hotel building. Very nice and banking can be easily withdraw from there. Aminabad market kgmu and railway station all are in 10-20 min distance by public transport.

I went to Lucknow for an official visit. Stayed in Lucknow for one day. This is not the first time I booked the hotel, earlier also I stayed there. Room was spacious, clean and hotel service was excellent. Location was excellent. Overall, stay was homely.

Room and room service all things are best in my budget. All facilities are good. WiFi and cleaning was also good. All staff was also good and food was also excellent in minimum charges. Walking distance from Charbag.

It's a nice hotel with cooperating and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is good. I faced issues with multiple power failure but that is temporary and they are having the backup for it. Wi-Fi is not too much great. Other than these two issues it's really good and value for your money. I recommend it for your stay.

Well furnished and nice decorated rooms. Free pick up from station was also given free of cost. I liked the hospitality and the kindness of the owners. Not just professional hospitality, but really interested. Hot shower, AC, fan, laundry service, doctor on call, safety deposit. Overall I would suggest it was fantastic stay. Thanks RK international for making this trip remarkable.

Stay was good. Food, I can say above average. As there is no option outside, so you can have it in your room itself. Food was hygienic but charges are little bit more as per hotel category. Must be less. Staffs were cordial, supportive. But room sizes are small, not comfortable for family stay. If you are alone or two then you may go it. Good option with reasonable charges. Overall satisfactorily.

Great staff that know the true value of customer service special mention for reception and the kitchen first class service, the evening menu was varied. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We heard absolutely no street noise despite being facing onto a busy road.

It was a very pleasant experience. I really enjoy in this property. Cleaning was well. Bed-sheets and toilet was clean and comfortable. Staff was so much helping in nature. Overall this property is useful for training.

Room was small, cleanliness is not very good, services was very good. Staff is very good in behavior, food is good. AC, CTV ... Etc very good. Power backup 24 hrs available. AC 24 hrs working. Nice place to stay. Cleanliness can be better.

It was good, except the room was very small. The room was clean. Bed was clean. Didn't use the Air Conditioner. Geyser was there in the bathroom. Room size was an issue. The reception staff was good ...

The location and service were both great. The rooms were a tad too small for our liking and they hadn't provided any toiletries to start with - but after we asked, they obliged with a soap and a shampoo sachet. The service was good although the rooms could be cleaner.
