The hotel is okay for the price. Overall, it’s average. However, the entrance and reception area could be maintained better — they should be kept cleaner for a better first impression.

The property owner is very horrible... He seems to be drunk and he is threatening me that he will give me a room only if I can check out at 9:00 am.... He is not even listening to me that I have already booked 2 rooms.. Then his wife came gave us keys and explained to him that I had already booked executive rooms and requested me to checkout at 10:30 am.. Rooms are not executive, bathroom doors are damaged, water is keep on leaking which disturbs the sleep, more mosquitoes....

AC was not working and we had to switch rooms. Not properly handled. Cleanliness is good, near to beach just 3kms.

This hotel people are so manipulative and their services very poor. Tv cable does not work, no drinking water provided, and they charge excesses even when your stay hours are not done. I checked in the hotel at 7:45pm and i would expect my stay to be counted on 24hr basis but this money hungry monsters told me that they only charge 12:pm to 12pm so even if you check in 10pm and check out morning 6am they will still charge you whole day. There are so many better hotels in karaikal. Please avoid being duped

Worst stay not worth for the price. Please avoid this hotel. Only it’s located in city other than the hotel doesn’t have any basic amenities.

Value for money nice ambience friendly staffs car parking available

Room is clean and hygienic. Property location is near to bus stand and safe place to stay. All local transporters know this property.
