Raaj Bhaavan Clarks Inn , Chennai

So cramped and creepy room. It spoils holiday inn brand name. Never seen a hotel with separate bath and toilet with wash basin outside.

Very shabby everything, only one towel provided, stained sheets (had to get them changed), no lotion in the bathroom, single set of eveall amenitiesr for a double occupancy booking

Good location, clean rooms, people are professional. Value for money. Good Customer care. Location is the main advantage

Room and Food is good..what is worse is the size of washroom..it's very very small..rest all ok..Property location is also ok.

Very bad experience. For the price paid I can rate 1 out of 10. Rooms are not good, bad smell. Overall not satisfied and do not recommend for to others

The food was good. The room was clean and well maintained. Only the check in and check out service was not good, it was a bit too slow. Else it was a great stay.

As the property is good but not up to the mark. As the wifi speed is superb over there but options in brealfast are very limited also after late night check inn somebody has knock the door in early morning without my knowledge and that makes so annoying and uncomfortable and also feels not secured

Worst - desk Manger took 20 minutes to make the checkout bill . Told him that i will miss my flight still he was in his own aura . Will never stay . Raaj bhawan clark in chennai

The management allowed bachelor stay and partying was going in the lobby. Terrible noise was created by the group for the whole 2 nights, and I complained to several times to the receptionist, unfortunately no action was taken. Even after escalation with the Hotel's senior management, the condition remains same till checkout.

okay, , Rooms are old, no service staff. coffee is not available till 7am

They had wheel chair facility too and that was super helpful for my grand ma and overall lovely experience

I recently stayed at this hotel in Chennai for 1day with my family and had a mixed experience. The room (106) 1st flore was average in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, it was an interconnected room with Room 107. Although the connecting door was locked, it was not soundproof at all. At around 3 AM, a family checked into the adjoining room, and the noise from their conversation and movement completely disturbed our sleep. This kind of setup is not suitable unless sound insulation is properly managed. The hotel should clearly inform guests about such interconnected rooms beforehand. Additionally, Towels were not provided initially, and only after calling the reception 2-3 times, they finally sent them. Overall, it was an average experience. The property was good and it was at great location, the access was easy and about the room I stayed the room was good and I would rate 4/10 in the cleanliness it can be given to me in a better way so please try to keep it clean next time

AC was not working properly BF buffet same menu every day and very poor service food served cold value for money zero do not recommend any one staff is gud
